The artwork on our Hoodies/Crewnecks is designed by a Palestinian sister, may Allah reward her, Ameen. We encourage you to follow her on instagram @designbydeda.

The design includes the map of Palestine with the following quote, “We have on this land, that which makes life worth living,” written by the late Palestinian national poet Mahmoud Darwish. The border of the map includes the olive branch motif cross stitch pattern called Tatreez - a type traditional Palestinian embroidery, the olive tree represent resistance and peace for the Palestinians. The olive tree represents- Palestinian land, identity and culture. The olive tree is seen by many Palestinians as a symbol of nationality and connection to the land, due to the longevity of the tree.
